The Team @ Exigone Group

Agentic Host Avatar

Laurent Dumortier

Before introducing the humans, let us introduce the virtual team. AI, avatars, agentic production… Rest assured, everything you hear and see is produced by humans, using new tools. Generative AI has entered the world of radio production, and Exigone Group is here to show you that it is an adventure full of opportunities.

Programming – Concept – On-Air

Rolland Olivier

Rolland discovered radio in France over 40 years ago, at the dawn of independent radio stations.

This adventure led him to passionately collaborate with about fifteen iconic French stations such as RMC, FUN radio, NRJ, or Radio France, where he spent 25 years.

Expertise + Heart

From hosting, reporting, and interviewing to station management, talent recruitment, and training, he has explored every facet of this medium. Until 2024, he managed AirZen Radio’s station for its first three years of existence, since its creation. Visit rollandolivier.fr

Technical Director – AI – Editor-in-Chief

Kris Borgraeve

Since his student years in Brussels, Kris has never let go of the microphone. Host, journalist, radio content producer: radio has been his guiding principle and his playground.

From 1999 to 2005, he presented the television news in Belgium, while keeping one foot in radio studios. Because deep down, that’s where he feels most alive.

Aussie-Frenchy

He founded his own production company in 2005, then moved to Australia in 2010. In 2024, he realized a dream: to contribute to the creation of the first French-speaking radio station in Australia.

Today, Exigone Australia is the heartbeat of Exigone Group, an innovative French-Australian player rethinking radio production in the digital age by integrating AI with flair and audacity, within editorial divisions, the field of French-language radio imaging, or sung jingles.
And in France, Exigone2 is the first French radio station dedicated to new technology, AI, and French startups.

Avatar Journalist

Anne-Marie Moselle

Anne-Marie Moselle presents news from the French community in Australia on Exigone Radio.
But an even more remarkable detail about our journalist colleague is her hybrid nature. Trained by the human team at Exigone Group, Anne-Marie is actually… an avatar. Designed as an AI agent, she researches information, presents it in her smiling voice, and produces it as daily news flashes on Exigone Australia’s airwaves.

Exigone Australia Avatar Host

Maxime Terrier

If you listen to it in France during the day, you will hear a host in a “mainstream radio” or “FM radio” style. Maxime likes to play rare tracks, forgotten gems, remixes… In fact, it is mainly aimed at French people living in Australia, on Exigone Australia.
And did you know that Maxime was trained by radio professionals, but in reality, he is an ‘AI Agent’? He prepares his show, speaks in his most natural voice, and keeps you company between 7 PM and 3 AM, Perth time (1 PM – 9 PM in France) on Exigone Radio.

The Hybrid Team

Hybrid radio is born, in a new reality that allows us to create radio with mixed teams:

  • Radio professionals who create, develop, communicate with the community, and reinvent radio.
  • AI agents who summarize information, write texts, and function as personalized voices, hosts, and presenters.

To learn more, read the article “Humans in Control” to reassure you that our radio and productions are generated by human professionals with AI, not by AI.

The production of our hybrid team takes place under the supervision of our expert producers and under the directives of our AI policy.
